About payment

During your purchase you have the option of choosing between different payment options:

  •  Purchase on account after a credit check for regular customers (only Germany)
  •  pay by bank transfer / advance payment
  •  pay with your PayPal account
  •  pay by direct debit with PayPal guest account


Additional payment options are available via the online payment service PayPal. No PayPal registration is generally required for this:
  • Purchase on invoice
  • pay by SEPA direct debit (EU only)
  • pay by credit card
  • pay in easy installments with installment purchase powered by PayPal (only DE)


Transfer in advance:
After completing your order, you will receive an email with our bank details. Please transfer the specified invoice amount to our bank account, we will send the goods immediately after receipt of your payment.

Pay with your PayPal account:
If you already have a PayPal account, you will be familiar with the payment process. Log in to PayPal and confirm the invoice amount. Or you can simply open a PayPal account by registering with PayPal once. You never need your bank details again for shopping, just enter your email address and password, and you're done. Purchase on account (via PayPal):
Simply pay for the goods by invoice, even without PayPal registration. With this we submit our claim to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. and you pay your invoice directly to PayPal. You will receive all information on the enclosed invoice, as well as by email from PayPal customer service. General terms and conditions and information on purchase on account can be found directly at PayPal.
(This payment method is currently not available.)

Purchase on account (via doll's room) only in Germany:
After a one-time credit check, regular customers pay simply and conveniently using the enclosed invoice.

Pay by direct debit with a PayPal guest account:
Select the PayPal payment method and click Next. In the next step, select Pay as a guest and continue the payment process without a PayPal account. After entering your email address, personal data and bank details are entered. The bank details remain with PayPal and will not be passed on to us. Complete the payment process.

Pay by SEPA direct debit (via PayPal) only Europe:
With the confirmation of the payment order, you give PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l a direct debit mandate. You will be informed separately by PayPal of the date of the account debit in a separate advance notice. Only then will the payment be made and your bank account will be debited. A PayPal account is not required.

Pay by credit card (via Paypal):
Provide your credit card number, expiration date and security code, and your credit card details will then be forwarded for payment. Of course, the payment process takes place via a secure SSL connection and you do not need a PayPal account.

Installment payment - powered by PayPal:
Let PayPal finance your purchase! In a few seconds, the credit check is carried out and you will find out whether your application is approved. Of course, even without a PayPal account. This payment method is only available for private customers in Germany. Payment in installments powered by PayPal is possible from a shopping cart of 99 euros. If you do not like the financing offer, cancel the process and choose another payment method. You can find more information on payment by installments powered by PayPal directly from PayPal.
